ingredients:

  • 2cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups shredded carrots

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 1teaspoon vanila
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 spoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

instructions:

  • Preheat the oven at 350°F.take a large bowl beat sugar,eggs,and oils with mixer on low speed .add flour cinnamon,i teaspoon vanilla and baking soda,stir the carrots.
  • Take a cake pan and stir the mixture in cake pan bake the cake about 45 to 60 minutes.when its ready you feel its release a fregrant now release it from the oven.
  • Now cool it about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • In a bowl ,beat cream cheese,milk,vanilla,butter,with the mixer.now the cream is ready for the frosting.
  • Now frost it to the cake.if you interested to have 2 layers of cakes also frost inside in the cake.add the nutmug in cake to have a delicious taste.now refrigrate it about 2 hours and enjoying with a delicious carrot cake.
