I am going to add 1 in 1/2 cup of water let the cashew submerge and soak in the water for around 2 to 3 hours or you can keep them overnight then we need to make a fine paste of the cashews along with the water keep that paste aside in a pan take 1 cup sugar and add 1 cup water.

We need to make a sugar syrup by cooking this mixture until this entire sugar syrup comes to the half of this quantity that is 1/2 cup because we added 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup water that makes 1 cup and now this sugar syrup has reduced to 1/2 cup.

We’re going to switch off the flame and let the syrup cool down then heat a pan and add 1/5 cup of pistachios and medium flame roast these for three to four minutes take this out from a bowl and cool it once the pistachios cool down.

you need to coarsely grind these this looks perfect the sugar syrup has cooled down now to this we are going to add the cashew paste which we had prepared  one teaspoon pistachio essence give everything a good mix a few drops of green food color.

You can skip this if you want did this add the pistachios now we are going to refrigerate this mixture till it becomes super chilled or you can keep this in your freezer section for 30 to 40 minutes.

Now place a freezing container in the ice cream machine if you shake the container you should not listen any liquid sound that means the container is perfect place the lid set the timer and switch on the machine.

Now gradually pour the ice cream mixture you should not add this entire ice cream mixture in the container in one room.

Because if you do that the container might freeze the mixture from the sides and the paddle would not be able to then move so you need to stop the machine if it starts to vibrate or you need to run it not more than thirty minutes.
