hello and welcome to another kitchen you’ll notice straight away that my hair is a bit yeah kind of just got up done my makeup and not really bothered looking at my hair. today and I’m also a bit constant wearing really thick fat face but it’s really girls I can’t help but learn anyway that was really apologize carrying on I’ve just got back from a weekend away at center parks and in Longley which was really nice and relaxing and it was just nice to get away for a weekend and today I’m making my oreo cheesecake.
- 25 Oreos
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons (60 grams) butter
For the no-bake cheesecake:
- 1 cup (130 grams) powdered sugar
- 16 ounces cream cheesE
- 2 cups (500 ml) cold whipping cream
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 16 Oreos ,
how to make whipped cream? it’s actually been one of the most popular recipes on my website recently and I think it’s the second most popular the minute I’m not really sure but I thought I would give it another go to film it to just improve the recipe slightly because some people say it’s a lot thinner than some of my other oreo cheesecake.
which is true and it is because I made it quite a long time ago and I want to make it bigger better and more delicious and one of the things I’m going to help do that you put the packet. oh, I don’t know if you can see that coz it’s quite dark in the kitchen it minute but the brownie batter. Oreo cheesecake yeah they’re available in the UK now and they are delicious if you don’t know they literally just have chocolate filling it’s all that brownie batter flavor and literally they are delicious and I can’t go how much I love them and the other wonderful thing about this.
The recipe is it a lot more simple to make a lot more simple a lot simpler to make than some of the other ones because you don’t have to melt anything to go in for the base and everything you just literally mix together and it’s done and it’s lovely. so I thought I’d talk to my ingredients today I’m actually gonna be using mascarpone because I had some in the fridge and I’ve got 750 grams here and this is what is gonna bump up how much oreo cheesecake filling there is so got 750 grams.
you can also use a full-fat cream cheese like Philadelphia but either way, it just has to be a full-fat mascarpone or cream cheese vanilla therefore a teaspoon of vanilla got a 300 mil of double cream 125 grams icing sugar 125 grams of butter melted for the base then I’ve got 2 packets of Oreos for the base as well for the base.
I’m using a mix of the normal ones and the brownie batter ones so I’ve got 1 normal in there and 1 packet of the brownie batter to go into the base I’ve reserved 12 Oreos to go on top of my oreo cheesecake.
To decorate so I’ve got 6 of the brown about and 6 of the normal and then the rest of those packets I’ve blitz into crumb this is where it gets a bit confusing for some people because you basically need two packets to go into the base of the cheap cake.
And then if you decorate it like I do you want 12 Oreos to go on top so it’s like one personalized but because I’m mixing two different packets again I’ve just used the leftover of those two packets to make what goes in the oreo cheesecake.
filling does that make sense two packets for the base two packets for the filling and decoration take out 12 Oreos from the two for the decoration and the rest of them your blitz to a crumb no okay well I hope you understand G the first thing you want to do for the base is to put your Oreos into a food processor two packets of ours going on there you just want to blitz them till they are a fine crumb now to the crumb you want to add in your melted butter because it’s a biscuit with a filling like the Oreo cheesecake.
obviously has a filling that goes inside it you use less butter than you would for a dry biscuit my digestive for a dry biscuit or like anything plain like a digestive if you’ll use 150 grams of butter if using anything like an Oreo cheesecake
or like a chocolate-coated digestive you bump it down to 125 grams butter because the filling all the chocolate coating melts and creates part of the butter that you need anyway so you don’t want to use this much butter – otherwise, it’s gonna be really greasy and disgusting yeah – biscuit crumb here pour your 125 grams of melted butter and give that combined there you have it now you have to add your biscuits. base to your 8-inch springform tin and just press it down to the bottom.
They have a nice Preston biscuit message it’s very hard to see cuz it’s a dark color but yeah your bass is in there okay the next thing you have to do is add your mascarpone and the vanilla and the icing sugar to a large mixing bowl I’m always using my Kitchen Aid with the whisk attachment but you can also use it’s just a different bowl with the hand whisk you just have to be a bit more careful on whisking so to the bowl.
I’m going to add 750 grams of mascarpone 125 grams of icing sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla west battle is smooth and you just want to give it a bit but like it mix around the spatula to make sure it’s like all getting combined well and then to this make sure you want to pour in your double cream about 300 milliliters then you want to whisk that again to that smooth no I’m gonna do it’s not quite fully mixed yet but this is when you add in your Oreo from what I actually do is even though I was like what I’ve done is the packets to go into the filling what I usually do is keep back like a tablespoon or so it’s like spring flow the oreo Cheesecake.
Decoration because it’s already like processed and like in the little bits you don’t really wanna have to wash up another biscuit. so I keep back a tablespoon for the decoration along with me twelve Oreos and I said this looks re-arrest this the rest of this now goes into here and it will look a bit weird at first but you just want to whisk that till it’s like an even color and it’s thick and delicious why we will do is scrape it down and make sure it’s all combining because as you can see there’s still quite a lot at the bottom. and what you’ve got here there’s a delicious oreo cheesecake filling it looks big like Oreo buttercream to be honest but now it’s just very thick and delicious oreo cheesecake.
Filling so the next thing I want to do is to put this onto the biscuit base that you made earlier. and there you have your delicious oreo cheesecake ready for setting and see it looks just a bit plain and boring and I need to talk neaten up these edges a little bit but it’s ready to set it’s quite firm already but I’m still going to leave it for a good 5 6 hours or overnight that is how easy it is to make an oreo cheesecake.
I’ve got my little sprinklings of Oreo there to decorate with along with my 12 whole Oreos and I’ll do my usual like piping of some double cream on top just give little light swells and stuff so look really pretty and delicious but yeah an oreo cheesecake.
It’s one of my Oreo recipes have always been quite popular and I think it’s just because quite not everybody loves Oreos don’t get me wrong I know quite a lot you will be doing but when you do like an Oreo you love them I still can’t get lucky my hair in because when you go swimming every day over your little holiday your head very very fluffy I don’t like it anyway Oreos have always been very popular on my blog and I thought it’s about time I make the oreo cheesecake.
Again and I thought this time I would include some of the brownie batter ones which is also why that’s a bit browner than it normally would be but we’re looking all that so honestly if you haven’t tried them ready. I would recommend trying the brownie batter or is because they are delicious honestly I love them and also the good thing about this recipe is if you wanted to use the peanut butter ones the strawberry oreo cheesecake.
You want the mid ones they all work in the exact same way I wouldn’t use the Double Stuf ones for the base just because that’s got too much filling in it but you can use any of the peanut butter the mint the cheesecake or the golden Oreo ones if you wanted or obviously if you’re lucky enough to be in a country which has even more flavors as long as they’re not be extra thick filling fillings then they’ll work perfectly so you can get all different sorts of flavors peanut butter oreo cheesecake mint Oreo Cheesecake it’s really really good and adaptable also it works.
The same way of like custard creams Borbon biscuits anything like that works in the same way so if you want to you can adapt it very easily but I’ll talk through more of that when I decorate it yes I’ve machine ma’am yeah good oreo cheesecake.
I have the tan and it’s looking delicious obviously now can I suggest it’s looking a little bit more Brown because I’ve used the brand new batch ones so you all might be a little bit whiter but yeah look at the genius kick I’m gonna decorate it now the first thing I’m gonna do is in a bowl I’m gonna whisk hundred fifty milliliters of double cream. with two tablespoons of icing sugar in a bowl just so that it’s nice and with all so this I’m just going to put into a piping bag with my favorite piping tip.
I’m going to use my favorite to D closed are piping tip which I nearly always do just because I love the swell at the tip creates then I’m also going to use a large disposable piping bag just because I find easy especially for something like cream I don’t like washing just like reusable bags Giancarlo they’re disgusting and there you have my no-bake Oreo Cheesecake.
In all its glory and I think it looks delicious I’ve gone for like alternate brownie batter and then the original Oreos and the decoration just to give it a bit of a different look we see you can use whatever flavor you want like I said you’re in the video and but I just yeah I am very excited I’m sorry about throw and look it’s gotten at my hair is just completely collapse on the flat from the platters.
In I’m having to like rush through this part of the video because I have somebody coming to fix my car with green in limit and because as we were driving back from our mini break here the day a rock hit the windscreens which developed into it my neck.
So Phi is about bat an inch and then suddenly it went so it’s a massive crack now so any new in between yeah I thought I’d make the Oreo Cheesecake just because I love it and load some you guys have been loving it sound quite a few people were asked for it and video do apologize that there’s mess everywhere we’re just starting the whole process of packing up a lot of our stuff now to move out so it’s a little bit hectic and I needed to film another video.

Another touch with baked oreo cheesecake:
An Oreo Cheesecake no-bake doesn’t have to put in the oven anything complicated so one thing you’re going to need a hundred and ten percent is a springform pan I believe that’s what this is called yes a springform pan this is a silicon springform pan but of course this is what it looks like a springform pan. is just a baking pan that allows you to open up the sides of the pan going on mama kitchen ask her hey mom do you have a springform pan one thing I do want to mention if you cannot get a springform pan and easily turn this into a pie it won’t be an oreo cheesecake.
Necessarily but you can pick up one of these and you can still make something very very delicious you’re gonna need some cream cheese you’re gonna need a stick of butter you’re gonna to need some vanilla extract so whipping cream some cool whip there’s some powdered sugar and finally some Oreos you need some Oreo.
So it’s important that you guys know that you aren’t gonna have to do a lot of mixing if you have a machine I’m not sure what it’s called it’s not coming to me this is not gonna require a lot of work from you but over here we gonna be using the whisk. okay, we don’t be ripping this thing together with the Wiz so if you’re like me and you’re still trying to get it right it’s okay we’re gonna make this a workout in the kitchen for the arms so first we’re going to make our crust some people
Actually remove the cream inside. no, I actually heard that adding the cream and the crust actually keeps the crust together even better so we’re not doing it we keeping the cream so I’m using my handy dandy soup spoon to crush up all of these or if you stressed out you boyfriend acting up your parents yelling at you for no reason your friends are fake your friends acting phony people talking behind your back life’s not good for you this is definitely the way to go you’ll be able to tell how much you need this is not going to be enough so let me go ahead and add some more Oreos and now that you’re done crushing up your Oreo cheesecake.
And I take some butter some melted butter and you’re going to pour it I’m gonna pour a little bit first cuz and mix it all together all right we’re gonna pull the rest in here mmm that smells good I know I don’t look good, oh but it does smell good that is the show it is nice and thick by the way..
I did add a few more Oreos into this and now you want to take your springform pan to go ahead and start your crust I know okay this is looking pretty uh interesting right now but I promise you you need Joe crust, okay once you have the press in there I’m going to be using my clean hand’s hands. that is mine and I’m gonna press it in this is just going to make sure everything is together so here we

You can kind of just see if your crust is thick enough you can see what it’s doing and clearly it is a working so the link is gonna be below because I would actually recommend this one other than the traditional springform pan.so we have that done now we’re going to go ahead and start with the filling the most important part.
I think the next grab a bowl and grab your whipping cream this is where it’s gonna get kind of crazy y’all to let you know now go ahead and pour it in and now you are going to have to work the muscles. I have to work that muscle [Applause] as you can see it’s already getting kinda thick just gotta keep on going sis you gotta keep on going work that muscle you got it
Oh this is the work oh yeah go ahead and like this video but y’all might as well go into like this video right now cuz this is crazy a few moments later alright it is done so in another Bowl you want to take some cream cheese and you want it to be room temperature I’m gonna make sure to let you guys know a little bit more detail on what temperature some of the ingredients should be powdered sugar and in some vanilla foods.
I came out a little grass didn’t it and you already know y’all we do have to beat this thing Now this is going to be a little difficult as you can see but it’s actually not that bad compared to the whipping cream you want to make sure it is completely smooth. I think I’m going to get like a medal I usually always use this one but it’s not as sturdy as one of the metal ones I
Don’t think it’s made out of metal but y’all get it I’m gonna add a little bit more of the powdered sugar. [Applause] My thing is if you taste as you go you cannot go wrong no one can say that your food is nasty if you’re tasting it as you make it taste your food god that’s the secret actually so now that we have our cheese we’re gonna pour the cheese well the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream mixture and now you’re going to mix it all together mmm that just looks.
So good look how creamy how smooth and creamy yeah the next thing you’re gonna want to do is put some of the cookies in the mixture, of course, you’re going to have to crush these things up I’m going to use a bag because your girl already been working hard okay I need a break what do I think we’re good all right go ahead put in your Oreos I hope that wasn’t a lot so I don’t see why matters your this is an Oreo Cheesecake.
So add as many Orioles as you would like so I’m feeling kind of greedy today y’all I’m gonna add in the rest of these Oreos [Applause]. so now we have our springform pan by the way this was in the refrigerator just because why not gonna have to chill in the fridge anyway so I might as well go ahead and get this crust started before you fill this up to make sure you taste a little bit mm-hmm yes ma’am now if you taste it and you don’t like it don’t you dare put it in this pan don’t you dare try again or take a pill okay yeah.
Now there’s not a set height it’s really up to you and if in line let you put in it you can add or do whatever you want technically the oreo cheesecake
Is done at this point far as the taste everything beyond this point you can kind of customize it the way you want to I’ve seen people do it several different ways I’m actually put some Cool. Whip in a bowl and also added some vanilla extract along with some more Oreo crumbs and I’m going to add that on top so it’s still gonna have the same taste it’s just not gonna have that much of the cheese but like.
I said this is all about customizing it the way you want it I’m gonna be taking some fluff frost it is vanilla marshmallow we gonna see what we can do with this okay it takes some cool whip. elbow black midnight.
Okay it has been four hours for real for real now I just need to get this heart I’m not gonna lie I’m a little nervous oh my gosh I am so excited can I see it ah ah – oh my gosh I did it it looks so like professional it’s not the neatest but I mean come on give it to your girl oh my gosh I am so proud of myself y’all like I am amazed.
I’m a perfect so this is off let me go ahead and put this stink look at back a girl now is it perfect no it’s not perfect but I mean if I wants to make this again it would probably be perfect just because I don’t know what to do better you see the crust you can see the actual oreo cheesecake right here and then you can see the layer where I added the whipped cream and then right here you can see the frosting your girl got layers your girl got layers alright your girl got layers so here we are with the oreo cheesecake.
