Neapolitan Ice Cream Cake

Hey guys  today i decided to create this new Neapolitan ice cream cake which is layers of chocolate vanilla and strawberry ice cream I’m sure you’re going to love this one too so let’s get started so let’s prepare our mold first.

So your I am taking a looped in which are lined with parchment paper for the parchment paper I just kept a part in vapor are the back of the thin and then cut out the sides so that it can fit evenly around on the mode and using some oil rush it around and then clean off the excess using a tissue paper.

Strawberry Ice cream
130 grams Heavy Whipping Cream
30 grams ( 2 tbsp ) Condensed milk
75 grams ( ¼ cup ) Strawberry Crush
Pinch of salt

If using fresh Strawberry puree
45 grams ( 3tbsp) Condensed milk
¼ cup Strawberry Puree

Vanilla Ice cream
130 grams Heavy Whipping Cream
60 grams ( 4 tbsp ) Condensed milk
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste/Extarct
Pinch of salt

Chocolate Ice cream
130 grams Heavy Whipping Cream
30 grams ( 2 tbsp ) Condensed milk
60 grams Dark Chocolate (melted)
Pinch of salt

Chocolate Cake

50 grams ( 1/3 cup + 2 tsp) All purpose Flour
7 grams ( 1 tbsp) Cocoa powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp Baking Soda
50 grams ( ¼ cup) Granulated Sugar
30 ml ( 2 tbsp) Vegetable oil
60 ml ( ¼ cup) Boiling water
¼ tsp Instant Coffee Powder
1 tsp White Vinegar

Because you don’t want too much oil stick the parchment paper nicely onto the cake mold so starting things with our strawberry ice cream Yura I have some heavy whipping cream and some strawberry crush I’m using strawberry crush but you can use fresh strawberry puree and I have some condensed milk.

So if you’re using fresh strawberry puree just increase the connection with I’ll I have it used to develop whip the cream using a hand me there are tools medium-scale freak like this add in the condensed milk and your strawberry crush or your view it and fold it all together till it’s nicely incorporated like this and look at that gorgeous pink color to this add a pinch of salt and mix it through and now it’s time to pour it in the mall light just make sure you don’t smear it around the sides.

Because we want clean layers of all three ice cream spread it around using a spatula till it’s nicely even like this half your bowl a few times to remove big air bubbles and now put it in the freezer to set for 30 minutes in this so that each layer of ice cream don’t mob it together after 30 minutes when the ice cream is all set let’s move on to our ice cream.

Here I have soft peaks with whipped cream to that as something that’s milk a pinch of salt and some vanilla bean paste I like using vanilla bean paste because I like specks of vanilla running throughout my bottle ice cream fold it through till it’s nicely incorporated at this point.

I should have whipped up the cream alone much because the ice cream was a little runny so keep that in mind that you whip the cream a little more than what I have one because if now after this it took a little longer for you to set then the strawberry one so after tapping a few times put it in the freezer to set for about thirty minutes to and on mine dick about one and a half or so set after about one and a half hour this is what ice cream looks like Yara has melted chocolate.

Which I have just left it in the microwave at 30-second intervals and to the anger I have some good cream which is whipped to soft peaks and to the chocolate add in your finance milk mix everything together if your chocolate and for a condensed milk mixture becomes a little thick you can microwave it for 20 seconds you don’t want to heat it too much or you get too hot mine is a little thick.

So I microwaved it for 20 seconds and this is how it becomes nice and runny and flowy it’s thick but it’s flowy so to this chocolate mixture add some of the whipped cream and fold it through this is just to lighten up the chocolate mixture.

So it will be easier for us to mix it in in the whipped cream add the mixture to the remaining favorite cream fold it in till it’s nicely mix through add a pinch of salt and mix it in two and once everything is mixed through pour it into the mold spread it out using your spatula till it’s nice and even.

I switch to a palette knife to make it nice and even and here I have bigger chocolate cake using the same recipe which I used in my Ferrero Rocher ice cream cake if you want to check that out for the recipe.

I just leveled it out and now I am going to cut it to the size of my pan so I bake the cake in a slightly bigger tray than my mold size measure it out and then cut it to size lift it off and place it on your ice cream cake and just push it nicely till it’s in place cover your mold you using a saran wrap or a cling film and then put it in the freezer for six to eight hours or overnight is best.

I left it overnight and now this is how it looks like it’s nicely frozen the plastic wrap along with the parchment paper and now this parchment paper would be used to pull out the ice cream cake from the mold and I usually easy to remove it remove the parchment paper and look at those beautiful legs place it on a plate and then pop it back into the freezer for about 10 minutes for it to solidify again then we’ll be ready to decorate here I have some chocolate ganache the residents of this would also be in my ferrell roche ice cream cake
