honey cake ingriedients:

  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup corn oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cups of cream
  • 3 cups honeycomb candy

For honeycomb:

  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/3 tablespoons baking soda

For the icing
3 cups whipping cream

instructions

  • ┬áPreheat the oven at 350┬║F. take a 9 to a 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set the parchment paper in the pan.
  • take a bowl, add the flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • take a separate bowl, whisk all egg yolks, corn oil vanilla extract, and water.
  • in a bowl with an electric mixture. take eggs white and cream and whipping it in the slow speed of an electric mixer.
  • now add this white egg mixture in the batter or make sure it blended well.
  • pore the batter of cake in to cake pan and took the pan into the oven and set the timer for 30 to 45 minutes.
  • now remove from the oven when time duration is complete now cool it almost 10 minutes.
  • now Make the honeycomb: In a saucepan, combine sugar, coffee(optional) honey, light corn syrup, etc.
  • then Make the icing with an electric mixer, whipping cream and add sugar in it., whipping until it becomes stiff.
  • Place 1 cup icing over the cake then spread all over the surface of the cake.
  • now add the honeycomb pieces on the top of the cake.
  • again add the icing with the whipped cream
  • now again add the some or remaining piece of honeycomb.yours cake is ready and delicious.now refrigerate it to 2 to 3 hours.
