Coconut Icecream

I’ll be making Coconut Icecream, on my viewers’ request! In my oreo icecream video, I asked you all which icecream recipe.

You wanted to watch next and you guys sent me so many suggestions and requests and the most requested video was coconut icecream so that’s why I’m making coconut icecream first cream, condensed milk.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Whipping Cream

395 gm/1 Can Condensed Milk

1/2 Cup Coconut Cream

2 tbsp Edible Coconut Oil

1 Cup Grated Coconut

1/2 Cup Coconut Water

1 tbsp Toasted Coconut

Just a few more ingredients because we’re making coconut icecream so we’ll take fresh coconut as well First let’s look at the ingredients.

We need Make sure they both are chilled I took grated coconut, you can take tender coconut also Now let’s start making the icecream.

The bowl we use to make the icecream should be chilled half an hour before you beat the cream Keep it in a freezer to chill.

Now we’ll pour the chilled whipping cream in the chilled bowl beat it till the cream thickens.

I am using a hand beater, you can use a hand whisker as well Perfect. Now add condensed milk And again mix it with a hand beater.

Now our icecream base is ready Now add the coconut cream This is not coconut milk, it’s cream Add coconut oil instead of vanilla essence This will give the icecream a very nice coconut-y flavor Don’t worry, when the icecream is ready,

You can’t even tell there’s oil in it! Mix it really well Perfect. Now scrape the sides with a spatula Now scrape the sides with a spatula and keep this creamy in the fridge for a while.

Now add the grated coconut in the mixie add coconut water and grind it Now take out the creamy mixture from the fridge.

And add the coconut mixture/paste Beat it again with the help of a beater and mix it well.

Now pour this yummy creamy mixture in a container Sprinkle a little toasted coconut Mix it lightly Keep it in the freezer to set and in the beginning for about 2-3 times,

Stir it every hour so it doesnt form ice crystals and keep it to set overnight.

Now let’s serve this rich, delicious, creamy coconut icecream You can see that the texture of this icecream is just like store bought yummmmm
