Butter Pecan Ice Cream

All ready guys for my Butter Pecan Ice Cream I thought I had enough pecans in my deep freezer of course I thought I had a lot of things still in my deep freezer.


Heavy Whipping Cream
Sweetened Condensed Milk
Vanilla Extract 1/2 Tsp
1 Cup Chopped Butter Pecans

So I definitely have to do a refill on a lot of stuff but unfortunately I did not have that many butter pecans for my ice cream recipe.

So I use half butter pecan and half black walnut but you guys know what’s the next best ice cream – butter pecan black walnut but in my stand mixer here.

I have a 16-ounce container of heavy whipping cream that we’re going to whip up and we’re just going to whip this up.

Just until it becomes fluffy you don’t want to over mix it because it will kind of start to separate looking all ugly and all of that and you don’t want that so just whip it just enough to.

I’ll show you I’ll show you guys you want to whip it just enough until it them perfect I had this whipping for about five minutes okay.

So now I’m not gonna use the my mixer here I’m just going to go ahead and fold in my nuts and my sweetened condensed milk.

I’m going in with half a can of my sweetened condensed milk a lot of people use the whole camp but I don’t like my ice cream to be overly sweet not my homemade ice cream anyway if you want to use the whole can by any means go ahead.

But I’m just going in with half a can and then I’m going in with my necks and what I like to go in with also to kind of give my butter pecan ice cream.

that butter pecan flavor i melted two tablespoons of butter and I’m just going to get that mixed in it’s definitely going to give your butter pecan ice cream.

That butter pecan flavor right along with all those pecans in here okay I just got one of my clear bowls that I always used for my ice cream.

And I’m going to go ahead and just start pouring in my icecream see how creamy that is going ahead and just get that smooth out on ahead now and get this smoothed out and then we’re going to get the vents of the freezer.

And I leave it in the freezer sometimes overnight but seeing as though it’s early this will be done in about five or six hours and once it is I’ll bring you guys back and I will put you a bowl of butter pecan slash black walnut ice cream together.

I ran out of pecans so I had to get some of my black walnuts but either or you guys see it turned out perfect and this is pretty much how you make two ingredient homemade ice cream I didn’t leave it in that long you guys see it’s still kind of soft I like my icecream to be soft-serve okay.
