Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

I’ll be making Blueberry cheesecake ice cream, who doesn’t like ice cream? and cheesecake is my favourite!

So I thought why not blend Ice Cream and Cheesecake together? You won’t even have to bake any cheesecake, cheesecake with ice cream.

No eggs and ice cream machine only 3 ingredients cream condensed milk, vanilla essence, and since we’re making blueberry cheesecake ice cream.

Ingredients:

(For Blue berry sauce ) Blueberries 1 cup

1 teaspoon Corn starch Sugar

1/3 cup For Icecream

2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

1 Can Condensed Milk ( 400gm)

1/3 cup cream cheese

We’ll add in cream cheese! I’m using Philadelphia cheese, you can use homemade! Blueberry ice cream obviously means we’ll add blueberries.

If you want you can add strawberries or add in any fruit of your choice, lets begin with today’s recipe, lets get started! Blueberry cheesecake ice cream requires blueberry sauce.

So lets start with that! in a non-Stick Pan add Blueberry sugar Not too much, switch on the pan and let it melt Blueberries have melted well.

Now just a little bit of corn flour since we’re making a sauce and it should be thick switch off the flame and let it cool!

To make ice cream we need heavy or whipping cream and condensed milk or Cream cheese since we’re making a cheesecake ice cream and vanilla extract make sure that the cream you use is chilled.

So keep it in the freezer half an hour before, similarly your condensed milk should be chilled and in today’s recipe we’re using cream cheese.

so that should be chilled as well add in the cream to a bowl and whip it on a medium speed, I’m using a stand mixer in case you don’t have one, you can use a hand beater or use a hand whisker to whip the ice cream.

As you can see in my older ice cream recipes our cream has thickened well, perfect stiff peak, that’s what we want in our ice cream add in the condensed milk.

Now the cream cheese whip! some vanilla extract transfer the cream mixture to a container evenly spread with a spatula, and spread some blueberry sauce on top swirl spread the remaining cream mixture on top spread evenly.

You can see that the cream’s consistency is very thick and awesome, now add in more blueberry sauce now cover this ice cream with a lid and freeze for at least 6-8 hours Or preferably overnight Never Miss a Chef’s Treat(the remaining mess in the bowl)
