Banana Cake Recipe:
Banana cake is moist and a little hard cake because we used bananas in it as a mashed. just mashed banana used in the cakes of the mixture. or we used the nuts instead of cream for frosting.cakebanana is a very delicious and moist recipe. this cake banana cake is used also as breakfast.specially bodybuilders use this recipe means eating also in breakfast. because bananas have lots of fats.and its helpful to the bodybuilders. the banana cake recipe is very delicious and light in eating.


WE also called it banana loaf.we not used cream in the cake.so we called also is a banana loaf. when I was eating first-time banana cake in the IT.i was not happy after eating the bananas cake as a dessert. because it was not good in taste.we also called it mary berry banana loaf. Japanese banana cake recipe also the same as the simple banana cake.cakebanana used the ripe bananas in it.remaining are the same e.g: flour, eggs if you want to add the honey in the outer layers with walnut then it will be the great taste.


now its time for preparing the cake.
ingredients:
- 200 g overripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 large eggs
- 110 to 130-gram all-purpose flour
- 100 gram powdered sugar
- unsalted butter 100 gram
instruction:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.or takes a pan (8″ x 8″ or 9″ x 9″) with butter or parchment paper.
- mash the bananas in the bowl until its completely become mixture.
- add the eggs in the bowl and beat it with a stand mixer beat well until the eggs become bubbly. add the powdered sugar and beat for the 2 to 3 minutes.
- now add the mash bananas in the eggs or sugar mixture.
- the butter we add in the batter first heat it in a separate and then add in a mixture.
- the cake batter which we make pour in to the pan and place this pan in to the oven and set time for 45 to 60 minutes.
- after one hour cool the cake for almost 10 to 15 minutes.
- now if you add the honey in the upper layer of the cake it becomes very delicious and healthy.add the honey with nuts.
